Paid for Fiber beginning of the month, they came and installed a router without activation and have not done anything about it since. 2 weeks without activation. Surely at this point I can go to the police and open up a case?? That’s *****. What protection do customers have against businesses *****ing us. Both Vuma and the ISP Vodacom need to be reported. Disgusting. I demand my money back and service has not been delivered
