Paid data(zoom flex) for nothing

I paid on the 1st December 2024, but even today 11 December 2024 I'm not connected, they keep saying " Thank you for your query, we can see that the ticket has already been logged to our Maintenance team to give you a call and assist further. Kindly note that we will follow up on the ticket for you. Please expect a call from our support team"."Hi a ticket is open for you with maintenance there is a backlog with maintenance but they are aware of your ticket"
