Not please with the service

We contacted them last week Saturday and made payment and they communicated and schedule an appointment for installation for Saturday the 01 November 2025 at 8am we waited and when they do reach out asking for location they said 10 minutes they should be with us it's 3 hours after and the guy wants us to move our other commitments and he even sound drunk not happy with Vuma I wonder what more trouble will we encounter when we struggle with just installation
