No services and sense of Urgency from Vuma staff

I have for an installation for of Vuma Fibre as a new client, I have been almost two weeks. We are the new occupants of the address 37 Mpshe Street, Meadowlands. Our sales guy has been telling us the same information everyday that he is waiting for the premises of the previous occupants to be cleared and the ticket to be issued. Do you need our business or not? This is frustrating.
