I've had web africa 4 about 4 years no problems

I've had web africa 4 about 4 years no problems .I was disconnected today because a installer switched off my connection for some od reason.

Please work on after hours service I have to wait 72 hours for your mistake ***.its I not fair.ive had excellent service for 4 years now this.
