INSTALLATION ISSUES

Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you to complain about your VUMA installers service. Just to explain what happened. On the 6th I installed Fibre and it worked so perfectly but only a week. Then on the 13th when i got back from work , Router was Flashing RED light on the LOS. When i do my research as too what might have caused the network pronblem I find out that your installers where installing fibre for the house opposite mine, So what your installers do is they Took my line off the Main Pole and installed for the house opposite house. Mind you this is the 3rd time this happens , It happened to my Neighbour and the house next door, Everytime your guys come to install , they create problems. The sad part is i will not get reimbursed for the days that the wifi was not working and its not even my fault but ur teams Fault. Can you please provide feedback on this as its very unprofessional what is happening. We understand that the Wifi is a Bit cheap and its mainly for Townships but We pay for service and expect a good one. is.
