I have since app**** for fibre 2 weeks ago

I have since app**** for fibre 2 weeks ago. Paid for but hasn't been installed. Their customer service is horrible and they have no sense of urgency! I work from home using Wifi which I explained to them but till to date no fibre but I paid. Their sales staff or customer service staff work at their own pace . I'm very disappointed
