Horrible service

Worst service provider ever! Every month our Wi-Fi stops working for 3 to 4 days for the last 6 six months!. Now we are sitting without WiFi for 3 days and yet were we are you debited. When contacting them they say its cancelled but our plan is active on the app. How can we be debited and its cancelled?? They have been giving us thr run around for 3 days with numerous agents not being able to assist us. We have even gotten through to the cancelation department regarding a refund but have not been given any assistance. Please do not use this Provider!!!
