Hastag bad services provider vumatel mweb

Since the 2nd of October I've been disconnected with internet but money was debited and was told they service it's been cancel so I asked now what's happening to my money they say it will be refunded within 10-15 working days then I said but I need my internet connection so I've send them my screenshots off payments they going to see if they did receive the payment oh...wow so frustrating it is I change to them in the month of May 2026 but each and every month same thing being disconnected no grace straight off I really need to expose them for they poor services exclusively bad services I'm sitting and typing this review with sadness in my heart they not what they say they are really bad
