Extremely Poor Service

I would never advice anyone to take fiber with Vuma only if I had known that I'll receive such underwhelming service I would have never opted for Vuma fiber. I've been waiting for installation till date nothing, no communication at all, ZERO COMMUNICATION I'm the one doing the calling, calling the Vuma consultant calling Vodacom as they will be my ISP ZERO feedback even after I have mentioned that I work from home and I desperately need connection as no work no pay, I haven't been working since towards the end of last month because my fiber is not yet installed but I have paid, till date no installation, no communication nothing but I will be expect to pay full amount im few days time.. Pay with what exactly as I haven't been working due to *********** people... I regret deciding to join this Fibre 😩
