Dissapointing Vuma fibre

The way I am so dissaointed with this WiFi but I already paid for this month and I just need them to connect and then I can cancel and find another one.. Like this poeple came to our houses telling us about the fast cheap WiFi and we took it and paid and the WiFi was slow even after we took that one that needs less than 10 poeple and we are 6 at my house and it's still slow and even if it's less than 10 meters we still can't connect and then we couldn't pay cz I didn't have the numbers to use for payments and then we got cut off and then finally the following day after we were cut off we manged to make the payment and this has been more than 24 hours and still no communication and no connection from them and worse part is that number they gave us ya 24 hours is always offline including now as I type this. As I said we are 6 poeple and we all contribute for the payments hence it couldn't be made a debit order so why must we suffer while we still trying to job hunt online. I hope this complain will reach you soon seeing **** we can't get hold of you anyway and your agents at Daveyton Branch.
