Disappointed customer

I'm very disappointed with the sales consultants ,they promise lies only to get a sale which is robbing people, she said our monthly installment will R369 which was only for 2 months then it shoots up to R439 without letting us know, now we looks like fools when we make payments that supposed to be paid.
