Disapointed & frustrated!

i have been struggling with Vuma for the past 3 weeks, i have called and logged the calls and they don't have desire to assist me. i am connected without internet, they have admitted that they see they can see my line has an issue and they are not coming to fix it. i have missed Online classes and i have been buying Data while i have paid for Wifi. im disapointed.
