Bad services

I have registered with Vodacom Vuma wifi order number OVR *** and after I got a confirmation for payment I was called the next day around 1pm to be told that they are bringing in Technicians for installations then a day went by and I texted them yesterday (2608-26)on whatsap and it was read but never got any further communication...I now have to rely on walking over 30mins to the mall just to connect and use wifi or even use around 200 a week just to stay connected yet I app**** and they called me over three times the same day before I paid but went instinct right after my payment.
