Bad service on account department

This Vuma Fibre been deducting money in my account for 3 months hence been advised of bank account changed, but they proceeded to attempt to deduct on my account and I end up removing money before months end. When they transaction fail due to insufficient fund in my account Nedbank charged me and they attempted 3 times in a months 😫😫😫😫
