Good Day

Vuma is just really bad when it comes to communicating to their clients. I have send them numerous whatsapp messages and send emails ,however no-one has come back to me with answers. It frustrating to have to wait almost a day or more for answers. I can't even speak to a consultant about my experience bacause everything must be done via whatsapp and still no response.
