Bad service am getting from Vuma for 4 moths am with them

They have bad service am paying for nothing since I use them for the past 4months I has worked well for only 25 days in 120days I have paid for it’s always not working when it’s raining or windy now it’s raining season that means I won’t have WiFi .they don’t respond if they do u will wait till u drop ,they a always sorry right now is offf since this morning.i told the technician is coming now is 19h38 nothing is happening
