BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I am disgusted by your service, I have been with you guys for 5years now and their service is disgusting. You guys are a growing company but you Turn around time is APPAULING. I work from home and I need Wi-Fi and they gave me a three day turn around time to be assisted. I was chatting to JessicaT who was not very helpful. She was very dismissive when I told her about their silly T.A.T. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH VUMA, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
