Agent at vuma fiber took my money and blocked me

Thabang John is a salesman at vuma fiber he i got a referral from a colleague of mine she gave me his number he send me a link in February i didn't have cash that time i text him again on the 29-05-2026 he send a account number and say things has changed we pay in tje account and the second month we get a link to pay i must make a payment and send him the POP he was gonna come on Saturday before 17:00 to install my fiber he didn't come we called him after 18:00 he said they cant come in the evening he will come at 8am on tje 31st of may 2026 he didn't cone we called hik numerous times he said i must send him my location i did he had stopped answering our calls and after that he blocked my number and he run away with my R439 I did contact vuma fiber on watsup they said they will hear from him what happened they didn't get back to me from Sunday till now
