AFRIHOST& VUMA BAD BAD SERVICE

Extremely bad service. 3rd time for the year we have been off for days. Going on day 3 and being told they working on it. Everyone else around us is being connected but just not our connections. We pay for full months but when the downte happens there is no compensation to ou bill. Afrihost and Vuma is the worst. Agent is not allowed to provide contact details for Vuma. So how are we as customers suppose to solve the issue on our own because Afrihost agents are of no assistance. This is ridiculous. We work from home and need reliable internet connections. It has been a frustrating journey with these 2 and we are definitely moving over. I am exhausted of hearing the same old, "there is unrest in the area and unsafe for technicians to go out and assist. Walk outside of our property trying to figure out where the unrest is because the area is so quiet. This is a joke really. Looking forward to someone from management contacting me.
