Tried to use their service twice. Both were extremely bad
Still phoning me to this day even though I made it clear that their service was shocking. I would never ever do business with them. I recommend you use literally anyone else.

Terrible service and response
I have reported my connection on Thursday morning, and when l follow up l am told the matter has been excalated to frogfoot, and I still haven't received any feedback on what's going on. The service and response is rather terrible, especially because they do not fail to deduct my money every month. I expected proper feedback and also understand what the issue is and when it will be resolved but instead am in the dark

I have reported my connection on Thursday morning, and when l follow up l am told the matter has been excalated to frogfoot, and I still haven't received any feedback on what's going on. The service and response is rather terrible, especially because they do not fail to deduct my money every month. terrible company, get WiFi somewhere else
honest most useless WiFi company ever, your assistance is poor and your network even more terrible and then you want to charge an arm and a leg our WiFi has been out the whole day, I can't get a hold of ANYONE at Vox and NO INDICATION on when the network will be restored ... honestly close your doors because your service is almost at goverment level!! absolutely terrible !!!
