I bought tickets costing R1271
I bought tickets costing R1271.00 for Mamma Mia through Viagogo. I was seated in seats costing R350.00 each, so total of R700.00. Plus, when I presented Artscape with Etickets, there was a notice stating that tickets purchased through Viagogo were invalid. The staff at Artscape gave us a form to fill in, to claim a refund.

On the 25 sept 26 I bought tickets for comic con Africa 2026 for the amount *** online. On the day of the event, the 26 sept 26 i was denied entry as they deemed my tickets invalid and I had to pay at the gate,. I logged the quiry with Viagogo on the same day and I relieved a call from their agent, asking me about my query and confirming it will be investigated. I received *** on the 29th sept that I will be refunded within 3-4 days, to date no refund from ****ners

Absolute *******
Do not, repeat DO NOT book rugby tickets or any tickets through this platform. They add a fee 75% handling fee. I paid R11 300 for tickets that would have cost R6600 had l gone directly to Springboks app. They are total *******s.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
We bought tickets this morning and only AFTER we bought the tickets it was revealed that there is a 16 age restriction we were not aware of which only came up after we had purchased the tickets so we tried to cancel the tickets which we could not do but have to resell the tickets at half the price we bought it for and also no contact details to comtact the company. Then a hour later i get a report from my bank that ***** was attempted in my bank account from this platform and now have to block all my accounts and get new bank cards. WILL NEVER USE VIAGOGO again. Terrible service

Stay away from viagogo!
Bought 2 tickets for the Trevor Noah show and twice they sent tickets for the wrong block, not the block I paid for. I tried to sell the tickets on their site but couldn't transfer the tickets to the buyer, the site won't process the transfer. Sat for over 2hrs on the day of the event communicating with their service centre. Every email from them had a different order number, just not MY order number. Not even sure if I'll get my money back. viagogo don't deserve any rating, they are the worst ever, and ***********!!!
