rented an apartment for 3 months from two ladies who works at valuemax ,I gave them a notice 2 months
I rented an apartment for 3 months from two ladies who works at valuemax ,I gave them a notice 2 months prior moving out,and after I moved out I request for my deposit and they told me I will get it in 15 days after 26 days they tell md hha the owner says she doesn't have money till today I haven't got my money ,I even opened a case against them served the one i paid money to with letterof demand and she refused to sign.then I later found out that lady was even fired from the company and is working without being registered with the company due to ***** but claims she is with them

Urgent Request for Removal of Rubble at the Back of Our Yard. Ext 15 House Number,8790
Sesupetso Street@ EXT 15 VV, SOSHANGUVE am writing to kindly request valumax to removal of the rubble that has been left at the back of our yard. We would also like to request that a TLB be sent to assist with removing the rubble and cleaning the area properly. The rubble has been there for about a year, and we are now experiencing problems with small snakes and mice coming into our yard. This is becoming a concern for our safety and the cleanliness of the area. We have small kids that are playing out. Although I understand that the area is intended for the park, I kindly plead that the rubble be removed as soon as possible and that the area be cleaned. Your urgent assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My house was built in 2020, ceiling fell off in 2021 and they came to fix it now last year around june/July 2025 it fell off again, called my insurance and was shocked to hear that the house was not properly build,tried confronting valumax, they refused to help me and heard from NHBRC that the roof insurance takes 5 years

Replacement of Broken Floor Tiles
Maintenance Issues on the floor at herons@riverside. Tiles need replacements. The team want one to beg them to do their work. it is disappointing. No sense of customer service at all.

Ongoing Unresolved Maintenance Issues — Extremely Poor Service from Valumax
I have reported multiple maintenance issues to Valumax several times, yet nothing has been properly fixed. The roof is still leaking by the passage, especially during rain. Water pipes continue making noise even after being “fixed.” The bathroom light holder was never remounted, and after the ceiling replacement, live electric wires were left hanging dangerously. The main bedroom light cannot be switched on because the main switch trips due to the exposed bathroom wiring and water damage. The bathroom taps cannot be turned by hand, and the geyser also trips when turned on. Roof tiles were shifted during repairs, causing even more water leaks. Despite paying our bond every month, we continue to live with these unsafe and unresolved issues. Valumax has shown no urgency or accountability in addressing any of these problems. We urgently request immediate attention and proper repairs — this situation has become unsafe and unacceptable.
