WORST INTERNET PROVIDER

This place has THE worst customer service I have ever seen! And not to talk about the internet service. It is now the 3rd weekend in a row that we are struggling with our internet. They do not respond to ANY Whatsapp messages that apparently has a contact support from 08:00 - 20:00 on weekends but the messages doesn't even get read! When you phone them during the week, their excuse is always that there is something wrong with their towers. Their replies to customers complaints are tremendously unprofessional and unhelpful. This is unacceptable. I am definitely canceling my subscription with them.
