Not great service not what is promised
Quick to send invoices but terrible service we have to wattsup multiple times to get answers and then get someone that does not know how to speak to customers. Flippant answers and still only promises of when WiFi will be restored. Multiple times a month without WiFi. Will cancel contract

VNC are ****ming old people
Yooo ****mers my 63 yrs old Mother took a wifi contract with them and instead of explaining hidden conditions they ddnt and now they made her sign a 23 months contract which the network is an issue does not connect the whole yard and when they came to install the second router they ddnt inform that they will be charging her and only after they installed which is not even connecting' we made on the 20th June payment of 1240 and now they blocked the network these are ****mers ****ming people from the vaal
