VERY POOR internet from Vaal networking

i have been with them for almost 2 years now, if u have internet, your lucky, if u don't have internet, you will wait your life over, Yet when you sometimes do have internet, it's as slow as a snail. they respond to your request, but that's it, nothing happens from there. They clearly don't understand when a paying client asks for there internet to be fixed that it should happen, and as fast as possible.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND vaal networking services. please look around for other ISPs.
