Vaal Networking.....No Solution - Poor service delivery
I have been battling with this company since January 2019 when their service delivery just bottomed out. Ever since I have been complaining to them each time our internet is not available or running at snail pace - to the extend that they added a note on my bill saying I am contineously complaining. But they contineously suck at service delivery. Just after 20h00 the internet literally dies down and you cannot reach them as they only support till 20h0. Weekends is the same mess week after week. If you are looking for a internet service provider please read up on other companies as well and if you have a great one in the Vanderbijlpark area for the peri urban areas please let everyone know as well.

12 Sept 2019, 07:18I want to thank the technician Wynand for assisting me last night after 20h00 when our internet speed dropped out again. If the internet supply can be stable this would be a great company and Wynand told me they are doing a huge upgrade today 12 Sept 2019. If this is the case I will change my review and rate this company accordingly.
