Vaal networking bad service

The service with vaal networking is absolutely disgracefull i would not recommend any one to install wifi with them. My wifi went of on saturday afternoon due to power failure it is now sunday and still no internet. Tried talking to the person with the after hours number but i have to beg her for a reply i am now being told i must wait till monday so they can send a technician out they dont work over weekends but the internet is suppose to be on over weekends? Or if they dont work over qeekends do they also switch their wifi off at 5 on friday since you cant get any service if there is a problem over weekends?????? Really poor service. Good customer service goes a long way
