Rude staff

Extremely rude staff, poor customer service and poor delivery on promises. Would not recommend, the ladies answering the phones do not relay faults to management and they have absolutely no manners when speaking to a customer. Repairs can be expected to take months and call back's to follow up on issues logged are non existent. Over priced and poor connection.
