NO AFTER HOURS SERVICES

What to say? When there is no link to the internet after hour, you are standing alone untill their working hours. When I post a comment on here I do get a response with in working hours. The previous time the instruct me to install Telegram where they will post current issues with networks. (Suppose during office hour ONLY, if any.) I have to tolerate the poor service until the fibre network is completed in my area.
