Bad Service

I pay for 2 meg speed but only receive around 1.3 meg download speed for the past 6 months. It even goes down to 0.34 meg at times. The service is frequently interrupted without notification. Phoning the office is also no use as they do not respond back as promised. I and fellow users are seriously considering to terminate our contracts for this bad service.
