Questionable delivery/collection service
At first the delivery was appreciated, as they made me aware that the item they delivered is broken. Unsure how it got broken. They made me walk to the gate to check, as the truck was too overweight for the complex, which was not a major problem. What followed was another delivery and collection, where they did not have the necessary equipment to move heavy loads and complained several times that they had to walk to my door and essentially do their job, carry and deliver the furniture. One request was that I carry the bed to the gate as the truck could not enter the premise. I am not sure if I have ever dealt with such a lazy delivery company before where they make the service the owners problem....

Usifast Logistics Non Service
Arranged for a table I bought from Cielo on Friday for delivery Tuesday. Never arrived, called me at 5pm on Tuesday to tell me their truck broke down but delivery is prioritized for the next morning. Took another day off to wait for them, called them on Wednesday at 11am asking where they are, they are on their way should be there by 1pm. Never arrived that day, no call, no follow up. Called on Thursday at 11am to find out where the hell they are, phone is not answered. Absolutely horrible terrible service from Usifast. Avoid. And very very bad of Cielo to keep on using them. If I could give zero starts I would From their website (HILARIOUS!) : Usifast was founded by Andre Bester and Johan Coertze with a very specific goal in mind–creating a cost effective, efficient and customer friendly transport solution that is beneficial to both the end user and the supply chain at large.
