Questionable delivery/collection service

At first the delivery was appreciated, as they made me aware that the item they delivered is broken. Unsure how it got broken. They made me walk to the gate to check, as the truck was too overweight for the complex, which was not a major problem. What followed was another delivery and collection, where they did not have the necessary equipment to move heavy loads and complained several times that they had to walk to my door and essentially do their job, carry and deliver the furniture. One request was that I carry the bed to the gate as the truck could not enter the premise. I am not sure if I have ever dealt with such a lazy delivery company before where they make the service the owners problem....
