Usifast Logistics Non Service

Arranged for a table I bought from Cielo on Friday for delivery Tuesday. Never arrived, called me at 5pm on Tuesday to tell me their truck broke down but delivery is prioritized for the next morning. Took another day off to wait for them, called them on Wednesday at 11am asking where they are, they are on their way should be there by 1pm. Never arrived that day, no call, no follow up. Called on Thursday at 11am to find out where the hell they are, phone is not answered. Absolutely horrible terrible service from Usifast. Avoid. And very very bad of Cielo to keep on using them.
