Wouldn't recommend

When it works, it works. When it doesn't you spend months dealing with *********** agents, working from a script that they don't understand. 3 times I have requested the services be terminated, yet it still hasn't. Andrew Burnett phoned while I was unavailable and asked to schedule a call, 4hrs later he never even showed up or responded. Their support line is a joke, I have called around 15 times over the course of 2 months and maybe twice someone has answered. Joined them on recommendation of a friend but guessing he just wanted the credits cause he also terminated their service. Tickets take days to get a response from and it usually goes something along the lines of "we noticed a drop, but it is working now", I have asked multiple times for more info on what has happened, I get a drop once a while is normal, but its odd that it occurs within the same timeframe and yet they do nothing to resolve it.
