Services
Worst service ever. I have tried 3 days in a row to downgrade my system. No one answers the phone only when you want a contract with them the sales dept then they answer. They even took my number someone will call back I am still waiting. Gents think twice before using them.

Good riddance to bad *******
Very much disappointed with the poor service on this team, I received the router from them yesterday and had issue with internet access. I reported the matter yesterday and I haven't received assistance today. Good thing they show their true colours now than later.

Don't take any services with UrbanXConnect they are ****mers. They make you pay for services not rendered and make you double pay but stil close the wifi line
This company has been ****ming me for months. They have opened my line for 7 days a month. One month they demand I pay for service I never received for the month of April all their services were terminated there was no way I could use it n why they make me pay. Dstv close services if u can't afford thar month n open when u can afford they don't. They close n still demand u pay for services not rendered. I paid on 30 April for may. They never opened my wifi. Today it's p8 May it's stil not open. I paid again they sent an email saying I must pay again for April. I'm loosing my mind. What is wrong with these people. Can they be known that they are ****mers.

Best Fibre Supplier by Far
We have had nothing but great service from UrbanXConnect. We had sever issues with our previous fibre supplier (Cell C) who refused to send someone to test the line due to poor connectivity but it turns out it was something Cell C were doing in the back end that was causing the issues as UrbanX sent out there router, which I connected myself, and just like magic, the connectivity issues were gone and we have not had a minute of down time since.

AMAZING ISP
Super efficient team , from connection to resolution of third party infastructure issues (OpenServ) , they are attentive and provide constant feedback , the product they sell is also very well priced and performs as expected. While its marketed as a gamers ISP , it performs very well on all manners of ISP usage , streaming / working / downloading / uploading etc. My son loves the fact that this ISP is peered directly with major gaming networks to give him the best ping and performance as well.
