Ticket 7521 unresolved. Horrible connection. I've called numerous times and have been promised that I will be called back. Spoke with Dominique, Mdu and someone else but they all fail to resolve the problem stating that's its been escalated. Nothing happens beyond escalation. Really bad service. In fact, no service.
