Urban connect is such a disaster

Urban connect. Please sort out my connectivity once and for all. It's been days now and you're failing to resolve ticket #6042. I pay for 1000Mbps but on running numerous speed tests, not once did it show that I get what I'm paying for. Please do the right thing.
