Terrible speeds. Surprise cancellation costs on "month-to-month" contract.

WiFi speed has been dismal, unable to even stream without buffering on 1 device. When wanting to cancel my month-to-month contract there is a fee is R2499 because it's within 12 months. This is to "recover instillation costs". They were never even on site and my router was just couriered to me. Rediculous antics.
