Terrible Service - Wi Fi does not work

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from your company.

I requested Wi-Fi for Lady Back Unit ***, and I have now been trying for an entire week to get this service working. The Wi-Fi does not work, nobody responds to my emails, and instead of resolving the issue, you simply close the support ticket as if the problem has magically disappeared.

What an absolute joke.

To make matters worse, you have the audacity to invoice me from 23 October for a service that has not even been working. Let me make this very clear: I REFUSE TO PAY A SINGLE CENT until the Wi-Fi is properly installed, activated, and working. I will not pay for a service that I have not received.

I have wasted an entire week trying to get someone at your company to take responsibility. The complete lack of communication, the inability to resolve a basic service issue, and the ridiculous decision to close tickets without actually fixing anything are beyond unacceptable.
