Support is none existent.

I have called them, no one answered (it was within their business hours, I made sure.) then I wrote them an email, got a response 2 days later asking how query was handled and if I had recieved a call, I said it was never handled nor was I called, they then responded saying they will call me shortly....that was 5 days ago...I have still not heard back, great service.
