No After Sales Service at all

I dont know where to start. these guys offered the world and delivered a bag of dog turd wrapped in a bow. I bought a 500mb line from them, but i hadly ever have a sync of above 100mb. then even with almost 100mb sync, i buffer trying to stream youtube or netflix. Ive logged calls and had the base rehersed response asking for useless tests that have nothing to do with the issue im having. I then respond with all tests they ask for and then ghosted. no response, no updates, not even a ***** you Mr. If anyone is reading this review. stay far away from UrbanX. their sales guys seem to be the only ones doing their job, but once you on their network, good luck to you.
