Incompetency

I started using their services mod may around the 24th and I preferred to be debited and that was settled on the day of the debit nothing went off i later received an email that it will go off on 30th June but in the middle of June my services were cancelled and i called to find out the issue they told me it was because of non-payment they sent me a link to make payment on the spot and i did. On the debit date they still debited amount that i had paid via link to reactivate service i called and was told refund will be processed but till now nothing and calls no longer going through

Would not recommend this provider
