Excellent customer service and excellent fiber internet

From the very time that I contacted UrbanConnect, their customer service made me feel like a VIP who has a personal account manager. (Special thanks to Nadine!)

When it comes to their hardware and fiber internet, their service was just as excellent: fast, stable and reliable. My neighbours -- with other ISPs -- often complained about slow speeds or outages on our Whatsapp group, while I'm surfing the web at lightning-fast speed.

I heard rumours that UrbanConnect is splitting from their parent company, FirstNet, and that some of the customer service personnel will remain at FirstNet. I hope that UrbanConnect's excellent customer service will continue even after the split.
