Don't take any services with UrbanXConnect they are ****mers. They make you pay for services not rendered and make you double pay but stil close the wifi line

This company has been ****ming me for months. They have opened my line for 7 days a month. One month they demand I pay for service I never received for the month of April all their services were terminated there was no way I could use it n why they make me pay. Dstv close services if u can't afford thar month n open when u can afford they don't. They close n still demand u pay for services not rendered. I paid on 30 April for may. They never opened my wifi. Today it's p8 May it's stil not open. I paid again they sent an email saying I must pay again for April. I'm loosing my mind. What is wrong with these people. Can they be known that they are ****mers.
