Do not ise UrbanXConnect

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with UrbanXConnect. For weeks now, I’ve been dealing with regular internet outages—almost every other evening, without fail. Strangely, the service works fine during the day when usage is low, but becomes unreliable to non-existent exactly when it’s needed most: during evening hours. It feels like they are over selling the line or deliberate throttling.

To make matters worse, customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. Emails go unanswered, and when I call, I get the same copy-paste response: “A technician will look into it.” A day later, I get told to restart my router—something I’ve already done multiple times with no improvement.

The service has become virtually unusable, and unless this issue is resolved promptly and properly, I’ll be cancelling my subscription. I expected better reliability and accountability. Unfortunately, UrbanXConnect has offered neither.
