Disappointing Service, I would not recommend

I joined Urban Connect last year in July because our complex recommended them, and since then we have experienced many outages. The latest one over this weekend was absolutely the worst experience, I have called them 6x, but there was no communication from them to make me aware that there was an outage, there is no ETA on when the problem will be resolved, the contact center agents are not helpful, their backgrounds are so loud and rowdy and it been over 24 hours and I still don't have WIFI. They are quick to take their money and receive it without any hassles but when it is time to deliver service I am told to call back at 8 am there is nothing we can do. I would be very weary about signing up with them, they will sign you up very quickly but when its time to give you service you will be on your own.
