Bad service poor connection

This business is really starting to **** me off !!!! This is the 2nd complaint ive put in on hello peter …started with them on the 1st September 2025 and i have not been able to Game online properly since and the lack of communication and service is shocking!!!my previous service provider sorted a problem out at the same time i whatsapp them…these guys ignores you for days and then get back to you if you complain on hello peter only just to wait another 5 days for a reply !! !!!useless i tell you ,i dont know how they are still in business with an attitude like this !im giving them till Wednesday to sort out my issue then i am forced to cancel with them and i will not pay any cancellation fee
