Bad service and connection

Ive been with them since the 1 st September 2025 , reason being i was having bad service from my previous service provider and nit getting the quality connection i need for gaming…that was a 20mb line …i switched to urbanx. For gamers thats a 200 mb line and im having worse connection than my previous connection…i have been trying to get hold of them to fix this problem or to just get some sort of explanation but they keep ignoring me …i have tried several times they eventually after 5 days cane back to me and said a query has been logged …that was on monday ,today is Wednesday and im still no where close to being helped ….my previous service provider might have been **** but you guys are actually worse …at this point i will not recommend urbanx to anyone
