Bad service

My wifi is down and the people cant even tell me why its down this is a 2nd time in a row

Last time i was down they said its cause of non payment yet i have a debit order with which apparently did not go off because of technical issues and i was not told but i was cut off

I paid and they also still debited it meaning i paid twice for one month and they still debitef the next month

Now the person assisting me is saying it might be a non payment issue yet a debit order did go off this time around

I am so irritated the incompetence is just too much

Dont even bother going for their fibre its a nightmare
